Planted several grape vines on the side yard wall a few years ago …

Half the grapes are White and half Red …  Red appears to ripen first …

This year there was a good crop so picked enough to fill a 5 gallon bucket …

Miss Brenda decided to make Grape Jelly … I washed the dishes after *grin*

From that, to this …  Jelly!

Ended up with 17 jars of grape jelly …  I was the official taste tester  😀

Enough leftover juice to make 2 jars of syrup … Tastes Heavenly!!

Only about half of the crop done ….   More to harvest in a few weeks.

Maybe some wine?   Maybe more syrup!!

24 ~ 8 ounce jars

12.5 cups of grape juice
15 cups of sugar
2.5 cups of corn syrup
10 Tbsp Lemon Juice

Yup … it’s basically all sugar  *grin*
