Once I have the C-Beam CNC Milling Machine tested out, then will make a clear Polycarbonate housing with a dust vacuum unit … Not only will this cut down on the dust, but also reduce noise when running it in the inside workshop area.

But first need to design and 3D-Printing a box for the Computer Controller.

    Did you put together the SolidWorks assembly, or did you make it yourself? I have the SolidWorks part files, but I wonder if there is a complete assembly somewhere. Thanks!

    • Yes I put in the C-Beam into SolidWorks as a Full Assembly … I am going to wait until I have the extra 3D-Printed items I am making for it then I will send the SW files to OpenBuilds for them to share it if they wish.

        Very cool, thanks for responding. They seem very open to outside help. I have been having a hard time finding things like the PCB and power supply. Though, I went ahead and started on the assembly myself. Looking forward to seeing (and using?) yours.

      • The C-Beam was a Birthday Present to myself so I am taking my time with it and enjoying the build and setup process 🙂
